The trade winds carried Jimmy Buffett back to his roots opening  his 2023 concert season in Key West. Pirate Radio hosted a free, live streaming of the concert, direct from the amphitheater to the big screen on the lawn at Sunset Green, Gates Hotel. Locals brought lawn chairs, tail gated island-style, and listened live thanks to the partnership between Jimmy Buffett and Jack Smith, owner of Pirate Radio.
